Log on and the blogs are going bananas over this diss track from Eminem. I've read some that think Em is wrong for "attacking" Mariah and some that think she had it coming. Ugh... i say... this is going to be funny.
Cant say that I didn't know that it was coming and i totally agree that she's getting what she deserve. Mariah's last video "Obsessed" shows a Eminem look-a-like - played by Mariah Carey- acting like a damn stalker and obsessing over the Butterfly singer. Thought he was gonna say "Oh that's just MC being crazy."? Negative.
While funny - not like LMMFAO Dave Chappelle funny but like ha ha ha Wild N Out Nick Cannon funny- I still don't think she planned this one out.
Now, I get it... the goal is to achieve high record sales, gain publicity for an album release and market the new song. Mission accomplished-- I was borderline interested and MAY by the CD -
BUT- one must wonder if the talented singer had a damn back up plan. Like my mama said- "Don't go to a gun fight with a paperclip" or something like that. Your plan of attack has to be well thought out and one must ask the what if's and plan for retaliation. Did she ask herself: What if he still got the voice mails i left for him? What if he got the sextape?
Sorry, but you take a highly successful rapper- known for being a lyrical genius with the ability to destroy a beat- and a attention whore pop singer with a wack ass "rapper" husband- really, who do you expect to win a "battle"?

I love Mariah- got all her C.D's... even watched Glitter **insert sad face**... but this act of rehashing a "beef" can go on her "top things I did that i wish i wouldn't have done after marrying Nick Cannon" list. Could she not pick a fight with someone of her caliber? Why not dress up like Tommy Mottola or clown Whitney. Yeah- Whitney... Between Bobby Brown and her coke habit, Mariah would've had plenty of ammunition for an attack. Whitney got an album coming out too so it would've been perfect! Too late for the shoulda, coulda, woulda's...
Now, she can take the "high road" and not respond to Eminem while going on talk shows and calling him childish or she can come back with her own diss track written by her husband- the same nigga that wrote Gigolo. Yeah, neither are too good of an option but that's what happens when you're someone known for singing about butterflies, cabbage patch dolls and rainbows and attack a dude that would diss his own mother and wife and do it well.
Sorry Ms. Carey-Cannon this is a huge FAIL for you.
